/>這原來是巧克力餅乾的食譜,但由於一次偶然的靈感啟發<br />再經過一連串的改造,就是楓糖蔓越莓軟餅乾囉~<br /><span id="fullpost"><br /><br /><br />材料<br />1/2杯白糖<br />1/2杯楓糖漿<br />2/3杯奶油或植物油(軟化,約微波爐1分鐘)<br />1個蛋<br />1又2/3杯麵粉(要記得篩過!不然不易打散)大概吧...麵粉的量一直抓不準:P<br />1/2茶匙蘇打粉(可加可不加)<br />1/2茶匙鹽<br />少量蔓越莓乾(視個人需求)浸泡萊姆酒,可稍微對水(其實好像什麼酒都可以,不要給我拿mudshake就好了)<br /><br /><br />作法<br />1.烤箱預熱375'C<br />2.將糖,奶油及蛋混合均勻(不必使用打蛋器)<br />3.拌入麵粉,蘇打粉及鹽<br />4.拌入蔓越莓乾(盡量把酒汁榨乾,酒汁也不要倒掉,還蠻好喝的)<br />5.用湯匙把作好的材料,一小匙一小匙放在烤盤裡(要注意間隔,以免餅乾連在一起)<br />6.烤約10~12分鐘即可(喜歡吃硬一點的人可以烤約15分鐘)<br /><br /><br />只要按表操課,作餅乾的成功率應該都蠻高的...<br />作為伴手禮送人也不錯,自己吃也狠爽<br />因為用楓糖取代原本的黑糖,餅乾本身會更軟<br />所以...麵粉看情況囉=..=<br />(不負責任的傢伙!!)<br />不一定要放蔓越莓乾,也可以放其他的東西<br />只是蔓越莓的酸味,最能襯托出楓糖的香味呦<br />(雖然最耐吃的還是巧克力丁口味...)<br
